Who we are

What we sell

One-of-a-kind vintage and antique pieces. Marina describes each piece honestly — its age, maker, size and condition — and photographs it from several sides. Signs of age (fine crazing, light wear, small marks) are shown in the photos and described in the text. Please look closely: the magnifier on every photo is there for that, and Marina will gladly send more photos or measurements before you buy.

Prices, delivery and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are for the piece. Insured delivery by Canada Post is priced live for your address and shown before you pay, together with the total — piece plus delivery.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country when they arrive. These are set by your country, are not included in our price, and are paid by the recipient.

Payment and your copy of this agreement

Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your order is confirmed when the payment is approved; Stripe emails you a receipt, and we email you the confirmation with these terms — your copy of the agreement.

Each piece exists once. If two people try to buy the same piece at the same moment, only the first completed payment buys it; the other is not charged.

All sales are final

Because every piece is unique and fully described and photographed, we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or the piece is not to your taste. If you change your mind before the parcel is handed to Canada Post, write to us at once: if it has not shipped, we cancel and refund in full.

Every piece is marked

Before packing, every piece is photographed and filmed in detail — its marks, base and individual signs of age — and given a discreet identification mark. Any return is checked against these records. A refund is made only for the same piece we sent, in the condition it was delivered. If a different piece, or damage that was not there on delivery, is sent back, no refund is made, the item is returned to the sender at their cost, and we may report the matter to the payment provider and the police.

Delivery date

We ship within 3 business days after payment. Canada Post's expected delivery time for the service you chose is shown before you pay; it is Canada Post's estimate. If your order is not delivered within 30 days after the expected delivery date, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, as the Ontario Consumer Protection Act provides.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 10 business days of our approval.
